North Providence balloon décor questions
Where is Caliella located?
Caliella is headquartered at 58 Waterman Avenue, Suite 6, North Providence, RI 02911, where our team designs, builds and preps every installation. Our headquarters is a working design studio rather than a walk-in shop, so consultations and pickups are by appointment, and for full installations we come to you anywhere in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts.
Do you deliver and set up balloon décor in North Providence?
Yes. We deliver, install and remove balloon garlands, arches and backdrops at homes, businesses and event venues throughout North Providence. Because it is our home base, local events often get our most flexible scheduling.
Can I pick up a balloon garland instead of booking a full install?
Yes. Our Grab & Go garlands come pre-built in 4, 6 and 8 ft sizes and are picked up by appointment in North Providence or Cranston. We confirm your pickup time and location when you order. Turnaround is quick and varies by week.
Can you decorate a business or grand opening in North Providence?
Yes. Corporate events and grand openings are a core part of what we do, from branded balloon columns and entrance arches to ribbon-cutting backdrops. We schedule installs around business hours.
Which North Providence neighborhoods and nearby towns do you serve?
We serve all of North Providence, including Centerdale, Fruit Hill, Marieville, Lymansville, Greystone, Allendale and Geneva, plus Providence, Johnston, Smithfield, Lincoln, Pawtucket, Cranston and Cumberland.
How far in advance should I book?
For full installations we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends and holidays. Grab & Go garlands have a quicker turnaround that varies by week.
