Birthday balloon questions
How far in advance should I book birthday balloons?
For a full birthday installation we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends and holidays. Grab & Go birthday garlands have a quicker turnaround that varies by week.
Do you set up birthday balloons at homes, restaurants and party venues?
Yes. We deliver, install and take down birthday balloon décor at homes, backyards, restaurants, function halls and party venues throughout Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts.
Can you match my party theme and colors?
Yes. Every birthday setup is custom designed around your colors and theme, from soft neutrals for a first birthday to bold palettes for a milestone party, including character and color themes for kids.
Can I pick up birthday balloons instead of booking a full setup?
Yes. Our Grab & Go birthday garlands come pre-built in 4, 6 and 8 ft sizes, and we offer birthday number packages. Pickup is by appointment in North Providence or Cranston.
Do you decorate milestone birthdays for adults?
Yes. We style milestone birthdays of every age, from 21st and 30th to 50th and 70th, and have even celebrated a 100th birthday, with balloon arches, number displays, backdrops and table focal points.
Which areas do you serve for birthday parties?
We are headquartered in North Providence and serve all of Rhode Island, including Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket, Johnston and Newport, plus Southern Massachusetts.
