How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for most corporate installs. For large-scale events, grand openings, or multi-location jobs, earlier is always better. Reach out as soon as you have a date and we will confirm availability quickly.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. We work from your brand guidelines, Pantone references, or hex codes to source the closest balloon color matches available. For most major brands we can get very close — and we always send a design mockup for your approval before the install.
Do you provide design mockups before installation?
Yes, every corporate project includes a custom design proposal. You'll see the layout, color palette, and placement concept before we order a single balloon. This keeps surprises off the table and ensures the final result is exactly what your brand needs.
What areas do you serve for corporate events?
